Detailed service agreements will be provided prior to service commencement. Services are subject to the terms and conditions of the executed service agreement between you and Detroit 3PL.

Shipment Liability

Detroit 3PL's liability for loss, damage, or delay of shipments is limited as per the service agreement and applicable carrier terms. Customers are encouraged to carry appropriate insurance for high-value shipments.

Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your shipments. Detroit 3PL will not knowingly handle shipments containing prohibited or illegal items.
