Yes. Climate-controlled space maintains temperature and humidity within defined ranges, protecting sensitive goods. We can dedicate climate-controlled zones for long-term tenants or short-term seasonal protection.

During business hours (typically 6 AM–10 PM), yes. You can visit, inspect, or move inventory freely. Outside those hours, we can arrange after-hours access with advance notice. Many customers have 24-hour access to their dedicated storage area if they need it—we can discuss that arrangement. Real-time inventory visibility in our WMS also lets you know exact stock levels anytime.

We store most commercial goods: auto parts, manufacturing components, retail goods, furniture, machinery, and industrial equipment. We don't store hazardous materials (except in designated hazmat areas with extra fees), perishable food, or prohibited items. We can store packaged consumables, electronics, apparel, and general merchandise. If your goods are unusual or potentially hazardous, let us know upfront and we'll confirm compatibility.

For small spaces (a pallet or two), we often have availability immediately. For larger spaces, we may need 1–2 weeks to prepare and ensure the area is clean and compliant. During peak seasons (Q4 retail, summer manufacturing buildups), space fills quickly. We recommend requesting space early if you have seasonal peaks. Once space is allocated, you can start moving inventory in.

We can assist with loading/unloading for an additional fee. Standard labor runs $25–$50 per hour depending on complexity. If you have heavy machinery or specialty items, we can quote based on the work involved. Many customers bring their own labor (forklifts, crew) to minimize cost. We provide dock space and equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) if you need it for a small additional fee.

Yes. If you need more space mid-contract, we'll add it with pro-rata billing. If you need less space, we can reduce allocation. These changes are simple—we adjust your billing and space allocation. 24/7 security includes surveillance cameras, alarm systems, perimeter fencing, and controlled access. Your specific storage area can be locked if you want exclusive access. We maintain a security log and can provide entry records if needed. For high-value inventory, we can discuss additional security measures like separate cages or heightened surveillance.

Hazardous materials require dedicated storage, proper ventilation, and compliance with EPA regulations. We can store certain hazmat items (sealed fluids, adhesives, solvents) in a designated area with extra fees (typically 2–3x standard rates) for specialized handling. Not all hazmat is acceptable—we'll assess your specific materials. Contact us upfront if you need hazmat storage.

When your contract term ends, your goods remain in place until you arrange removal. We'll notify you 30 days before contract expiration so you can plan. If you decide to renew, it's simple—we extend your contract on the same or better terms. If you want to move your goods, you can arrange pickup or we can facilitate shipment to your new location.
